2. Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, business name, email address and the information you include in your message.

We may also receive personal information when you contact us directly by email.

Our website and service providers may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, understand your business requirements, discuss services you have expressed an interest in, and maintain relevant correspondence.

We do not automatically add people who submit enquiries to marketing mailing lists.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We generally process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interests in receiving and responding to business enquiries. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary to take steps towards entering into a contract at your request.

5. Service Providers

We use Framer for website hosting and contact-form functionality, and Google Workspace for receiving, storing and responding to business emails.

These providers may process personal information in connection with their services.

We do not sell personal information.

6. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process or access personal information outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, applicable data protection safeguards will be used.

7. Data Retention

For enquiries that do not result in a business relationship, we intend to retain relevant correspondence for up to 12 months after the last relevant communication, unless a longer period is necessary or required by law.

Information relating to an ongoing client relationship may be retained for longer where necessary for contractual, accounting or legal obligations.

8. Your Data Protection Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability where applicable.

You may also lodge a complaint with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.

We have not configured Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other custom advertising tracking scripts. Essential technical processing and spam protection may be used to operate and protect the website and its contact form.

If we introduce optional cookies or advertising tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and implement consent controls where required.
